The Law Offices of Scott Bradley Dormer represents individuals, families and businesses in California and the western United States in the preparation, settlement and trial of personal injury, wrongful death and business related lawsuits. What Makes Us Different

Many law firms that handle personal injury cases handle such a large volume of cases that the client rarely, if ever, meets or speaks to their attorney. Paralegals or secretaries handle most parts of the client's case. There is little, if any, personal contact between the client and lawyer. The lawyer is rarely available when the client calls and the client's telephone calls don't get returned on a timely basis. Clients aren't advised of the status of their case and often wonder what is going on. This causes the client to become dissatisfied with the level of personal service they receive and to question the quality of the representation they receive.

Our firm is completely different. We develop a close, personal relationship with every client.  Every client's case is directly handled by an attorney, not a secretary or paralegal.  When the client has a question about the case, the handling lawyer is available by telephone. If the handling lawyer isn't available at that moment, the client's call is returned promptly by the handling lawyer. The client receives copies of work done on his or her case and the client knows what's going on. We see our clients as members of our extended family and we treat them as such! In fact, our clients are so satisfied with our level of service and the results that we obtain for them that the vast majority of our business comes from referrals.
